Sara Rock

I currently use a Nikon FE, Yashica Mat 124 G, and a Nikon D3300.

Photography is my passion. I love the process of creating a visual representation of an idea that can be seen by others. Art can create a sense of understanding and community and that’s what I love about it. With my work I want to demonstrate that the emotions we sometimes hide are also experienced by others around us. We are more connected to others than we may realize, by sharing our thoughts and ideas we open a channel that can lead to better understanding each other and potentially an influx in positivity and optimism in our society.

I was born and raised in Fayetteville, AR, a small city with diverse charm. I’m currently obsessed with studying communities and of resistance, minimalist lifestyle, and non-violence. I am always open for conversation and looking to expand my portfolio while meeting interesting and positive people.
